Diego mi ha regalato un libro su Elton John. Dice che lo ha visto in libreria e mi ha pensato ed ha voluto comprarlo per me con i suoi risparmi. Al ritorno a casa mi ha fatto questa bellissima sorpresa.

E’ felice di amare, di dare e di ricevere amore.
È un bambino speciale. Sprigiona luce attorno a lui, centro dell’universo.

Our Xmas time in Herrenberg.
Dinner with Marie Luise and Christoph on the 24th, Dinner with our neighbors on the 26th, Weltweihnachtscircus in Stuttgart on the 29th. On the 25th and all around…. family time with our wonderful kids, restoring the Wii after a long time (this time for 4 players!).

I miei bambini ascoltano volentieri la musica, e ne sono contento. E anche le canzoni di Edoardo Bennato. E ne sono contento. Bennato è un cantastorie, un grandissimo, le sue canzoni mi hanno sempre divertito ed interessato. Auguro a Diego e Wanda di continuare ad amare le canzoni.

It’s been a Journey rich of emotions, of learning, of fatigue, of fun, of family involvement. Rich of things to experience and to tell, and to remember. And to repeat.

Between a Mission im Weltraum, a walk in Herrenberg, and a dinner at the Italian restaurant… a splendid evening for me with my son Diego.

SSC Napoli is back in the game! Few new very strong players and, most of all, the extraordinary new coach. We supporters are experiencing strong emotions, again.

Tra Ottobre 2023 e Giugno 2024 ho vissuto un periodo emozionante, durante il quale ho goduto di piu’ tempo da dedicare alle mie cose vecchie e nuove, ai miei amori. Tempo da dedicare a me ed al mio tempo. Ho imparato a cucinare tante cose, ho visto concerti, ho visitato Napoli piu’ frequentemente, ho passeggiato per Roma senza mete spaziali e mentali. Ho avuto tempo per vedere e parlare con amici e dedicarmi alle giornate ed alle serate a testa vuota e senza pensieri. Sono andato a Lipsia a trovare il mio compare Matthias, ho suonato e cantato di piu’, ho fatto un corso di tedesco, qualche serata da solo in Whisky o Wine tasting. Ho cercato ed ho trovato un nuovo lavoro da inizare a Luglio. Ho iniziato ad interessarmi delle piante, verdure, ho piantato pomodori (del piennolo), zucchine, basilico, aglio e, seppur senza grande successo, ho imparato tanto e ricevuto tanto da questo. Ho trascorso tanto tempo a casa a guardare i miei bambini andare a scuola, a vivere la loro vita, ronzandogli attorno, andandoli a prendere a scuola e partecipando di pu’ alle loro attivita’ scolastiche e non. Ho trascorso il mio primo Natale dopo tanti anni libero da qualsiasi scadenza lavorativa. Ho fatto una vacanzetta di un weekend con mia figlia Wanda, sono stato a Napoli ed allo stadio Maradona con mio figlio Diego e mio fratello, ed una vacanza in Olanda con tutta la famiglia.
Ed avro’ forse omesso qualcosa in questo riassunto… Ma i post di questo mio sito mi aiuteranno a non dimenticare mai questo bellissimo periodo che ho iniziato partendo da una scelta coraggiosa, e che ho attraversato, vissuto ed amato con orgoglio, gratitudine e tanta emozione.

I want to dedicate these lines and my thoughts to a person that has been very important in my personal and professional journey. She meant a significant shift in my life path, she has been a reference point and a great support for me for an long time. I learned a lot from her, and I enjoyed the work together.

Thank you dear Esther, wherever you are now.

Salvio was here and we spent quality and nice time together with my family. We went to the Böblingen Mineraltherme, had dinner in Nagold. Guni, Diego and Wanda surrounded me with their love and their presents.

I did not feel the need of a big celebration, on the contrary I just wanted to live these days in an easy way.

Every time I look back in time I have the perception of the so many things happened. Like there have been many Gianni in one, in many places, with many emotions. At 50, now, I have a sense of joy, of satisfaction for all that these years have included.

I have lived this person, this soul, Gianni, through half of a Century.

We had a very nice vacation at Lago Di Garda, first time in my life there. Weather, resort, surroundings were very nice (except Sirmione, not worth the effort of the visit). One option I would consider again for future holidays. We stayed at Camping Riva Blu.

My first experience of gardening does not seem to be successful in terms of fruits, but I am learning and having fun. Few plants continue to grow, many not. These ones are the first 2 tomatoes I spotted. I did not buy any fertilizer, I made all in house. Fully Bio! Simply experienced the beauty and power of nature.
